Hello,

I am under mac os 10.13.4
Verge wallet is operational. I can fund the blockchain
The blockchain has been totally downloaded.

I have a paper wallet, with the private key and the public key.
I also have words for creating keys.

My problem is that I can not configure my wallet on mac.

I coded the wallet with other passphrases!

Does this come from there?

I found the file private-key, but the format is not identical to the one on my paper wallet!

In short, I'm lost!

Thanks for your help !

You tried to "importprivkey" ?

This IS NOT YOUR SECRET KEY and does NOT belong to your public address, the file you found in the folder, is a PGB file.
Which has nothing to do with you accessing your coins.

Do the following steps only on a fully synchronized Verge qt Wallet!

1.) In the QT wallet, Go-To Help>Debug>Console

2.) The console screen will appear and then enter these commands:

• walletlock (hit enter)

• walletpassphrase YourPassPhrase 600 (hit enter)

• importprivkey YourPrivateKey label (hit enter)

I would do this on a fresh wallet.dat and it may take a few minutes for the transfer to complete.
Software may freeze some*leave it alone* , and even close itself after a whiile, open it again.
You just have transferred your paper, to a software wallet...

It should work, check for mis typings.
Are you on latest build ?
You did encrypt the wallet ? Those steps ONLY works on a encrypted wallet.
Only the 3 steps are needed, as I mentioned in the post up.

Also dont use spaces in passphrases,, if you may have..strongly not recommended.
